Training is provided to new customers as part of implementation. The purpose of training is to help the new customer gain familiarity with the terminology and concepts of the software and help them become familiar with the resources that are available to them after implementation is complete.

    A range of training is available to match the complexity of the customer’s workflow and business process. Training sessions specific to each customer are scheduled at the beginning of implementation.

    Training sessions are done with an corporate trainer via GoToMeeting.

  • Interactive Resources

    Training introduces customers to the extensive guides, video and help forum resources on the Community Site.
